New Indoor Action – Compete Indoor Sports (Norwood, MA)
We couldn’t be more excited to now be offering indoor flag football and soccer at our newest indoor location – Compete Indoor Sports in Norwood. Located only 15-20 minutes from Boston this place is perfect. Now here’s your chance to play on the pristine brand spanking new turf that was just installed less than a year ago. The field measures 105′ x 165′ and the space is fully heated for these cold winter months coming up. All the lighting is brand new along with protective netting on the sidelines. You really can’t ask for much more when it comes to playing indoor sports. You almost feel like you’re in the Patriots indoor practice facility, not kidding.
Now when some locals hear Norwood they get scared that the drive is too far, and Norwood might as well be in Alaska because that’s how far away it is from the city. Well let me tell you, without traffic there’s no way the drive to Compete Indoor Sports takes longer than 20 minutes. Getting there after the rush hour traffic has died down is a breeze. You’ll take exit 11B off 95 South, drive 3 minutes off the highway and you’re in the parking lot. For those of us that are familiar with the indoor sports scene in Greater Boston, we know that the options are few and far between. There is no mega complex in Back Bay or bubble fields in Southie. It’s a fact of life that you have to hop in the car to keep playing indoor sports in the Winter in Boston. And let’s face it folks these Winter months coming up are long and harsh here. You’re probably saying to yourself right now, “…this is the year I’m not going to be a couch potato!” Well good, we’re glad to hear you’re making those New Year’s resolutions even earlier this year. We’re here to help you cure all cases of couch potato syndrome, it’s our specialty!
