Social Media and Marketing Intern
Internship Duties –
- Assist in creating and/or managing all social media sites including FB, Instagram, Linked In, Snapchat etc
- Write weekly blog articles on sports and Boston lifestyle.
- Work with photographers and designers to create editorial and marketing content.
- Create and manage email campaigns
- Coordinate necessary updates with Website Management.
- Attend Hub Meetings, events and tournaments.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Sport Management Intern
Internship Duties –
- Assist with the up keeping of all sport league pages, and help ensure all league information is correct, and accurate among all platforms.
- Manage team player waivers and rosters to confirm all teams have met the minimum requirements to participate.
- Daily Score Reporting entry to confirm accurate standings per league.
- Confirmation of officials across all platforms to ensure all games are covered.
- Be available in the evenings and some weekends to conduct trophy ceremonies and meet captains who may need supplies.
- Help plan.organize and attend Captains meetings on a weekly basis.
- Inventory Management to include sorting of all team shirts and supplies to confirm leagues have the necessary equipment for the season.
- Attend events and seasonal tournaments.
- Day to day field management
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
